Based on a true story set in 1971, as schools were being integrated in the South, this great film, starring Denzel Washington, is about a black high school football coach who overcame adversities and prejudices as he worked with the white coach he replaced. They made race a non-issue as they brought kids together and built a championship football team.
Good going Disney for this outstanding motion picture.
