In "The Blindside", Sandra Bullock, Quinton Aaron, and Tim McGraw brilliantly portray the characters in the true story of how Leigh Anne Tuohy and her husband changed the life of Michael Oher, a classic underachiever who lived on the streets. Michael didn't believe in himself, and he thought no one else did either until he met the Toughys.
With their encouragement, Michael not only became a standout football player, but also improves his academics enough so he is accepted in college. Michael's life was not the only one changed. The Touhys also learned many lessons of through their relationship with Michael. Those lessons carry on to all who watch this truly inspiring film - football fan or not.
We congratulate the Tuohys, and Michael Oher, but also John Lee Hancock for another outstanding job of directing this fine film and to Alcon Entertainment and Warner Brothers for producing and distributing it.
